Background: Mr. McAndrew serves as Chief of Investigations for Innovative Forensic Investigations (IFI). IFI works with law enforcement agencies in an effort to resolve cases through the use of Investigative Genetic Genealogy. He was formerly a Homicide Detective with the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office located in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and also served with the Pennsylvania State Police for 26 years. During his career with the Pennsylvania State Police, he was a member of the Criminal Investigation Assessment (CIA) Unit, a unit that specializes in behavioral analysis of violent crimes and is designed to supervise and investigate homicides and missing person investigations. He has served as President of Pennsylvania Homicide Investigators Association, is a member of a national “Cold case working group” by the National Institute of Justice, a member of the Middle Atlantic Cold Case Homicide Investigators Association, and is a member of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences.

Background: Mr. Donaldson has been working internationally as an investigator and leader of criminal investigations and security operations for forty-five years. He served as Global Director of Special Investigations for multiple Fortune 50 institutions before retiring. He is a Veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard – Tactical Law Enforcement Teams (TACLET), part of the Coast Guard Deployable Specialized Forces (DSF). He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Global Compliance Investigations LLC, and the Chief Operating Officer of the law firm, Freeh Sporkin & Sullivan LLP.

Nathan J. Gordon - Board Member
Expertise: Truth Verification, Forensic Interviewing/Interrogation and Forensic Statement Analysis.
Background: Mr. Gordon is the Director of the Academy for Scientific Investigative Training, where he developed the Forensic Assessment Interview and Integrated Interrogation Technique, the Integrated Zoze Comparison Polygraph Technique and the Horizontal Scoring System for polygraph data analysis. He has lectured and conducted seminars on these subjects to thousands of law enforcement, intelligence and private security officers throughout the United States, Africa, Europe, and Asia. He is a past President of the American Polygraph Association, the Pennsylvania Polygraph Association, and currently President of the International Society of Polygraph Examiners.

Background: Dr Keatley is co-chair of the Vidocq Society Post-Presentation Working Group (PPWG). He is also a member of Mid-Atlantic Cold Case Homicide Investigators Association and Pennsylvania Homicide Investigators Association and has assisted with police investigations around the world. Dr Keatley is a full-time Professor of Criminology and Chair of Crime Science at Murdoch University.
