Training

The Training Committee provides pro bono assistance in the form of cold case homicide seminars by forensic and investigative experts to law enforcement agencies, regional cold case associations and prosecutors’ offices.  During these seminars, investigators can also request the experts to review their case file, including evidence available for forensic laboratory analysis. The Vidocq Society will provide advice or recommendations for further investigation in order to attempt closure for these cases. Presentations and counsel have been provided to groups in many regions of the United States.
